Take your taste buds on an exciting and delicious adventure with our antioxidant-rich sweet cinnamon flapjacks. These indulgent sweet cinnamon flapjacks contain no sugar, but are lightly sweetened with a blend of erythritol and stevia and fortified with oat flour, whey protein and powerhouse seeds. Enjoy with a light drizzle of honey or your favorite toppings!
Each serving contains:
- 20g of grass fed whey protein
- 21g of wholegrain good carbs
- 5g of fiber
- 4g of healthy fats
One package contains seven servings and each serving makes five to seven flapjacks.

STRENGTH-BASED INGREDIENTS
We have worked hard to source the absolute best local ingredients to create our Flapjack Mixes. We like to call our locally sourced ingredients "strength-based" because together they give you a well-balanced meal that will provide you with the fuel you need to conquer the day.
MAKING YOUR FLAPJACKS IS SUPER EASY...
- Measure out 1/2 cup (60g) of mix into a small mixing bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup milk of choice. Gently stir. It's okay to leave me lumpy - I don't like to be over-mixed!
- Note: You can add more or less milk depending on your desired flapjack thickness. More milk will turn it into a pancake!
- Let me rest for 5 minutes. Use this time to prep your strength-fueled toppings!
- Prep your pan with oil or butter and warm on low heat. I really don't enjoy high heat, so please cook me on low. Flip me when bubbles start to form and cook for another 60 seconds. Enjoy!
- Note: You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and in the freezer for up to three weeks.
PRO-TIPS:
- To make me even more fluffy with extra protein try this: 1/2 cup mix + 1 egg white + 2 tablespoons milk + 2 tablespoons yogurt.
- Be adventurous! Try a flavored yogurt or swap it out for some mashed banana or apple sauce.

Flapjacks were fluffy and tasted good. I added fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup which made my taste buds extra happy! Flapjacks were a nice change to my regular post workout options and left me feeling full!

Yummy treat for school lunches and a welcome change from our regular breakfast of oats and honey.
I mashed an overripe banana and added that to the batter which made a nice complete and fuss free snack for the kids to take to school. These flapjacks will become a staple in our grocery cupboard.
