We know that it may be difficult to choose just one flavor of our delicious protein flapjacks, so we have created our Trio Pack! This pack contains a single serving of each of our protein flapjack mixes: The Classic, Sweet Cinnamon, and Belgium Chocolate Chip. This means that you get to mix-up your flapjack game to satisfy your taste buds while nourishing your body!

Finally, you can whip up a super healthy breakfast without breaking a sweat (leave the sweating to your time in the gym!). The already portioned-out single-serve packets makes your life even easier. Just pour the premix into a bowl, add a large egg white and 2-3 tablespoons of milk, gently stir and cook. Voila! Your deliciously nutritious and strength-filled brekkie is ready!

Each serving makes 5 flapjacks, so with three servings you’ll have 15 flapjacks in total. We want to do our part to positively impact this beautiful earth that we all call home, so we have packaged each single-serving in a recyclable paper bag that is sealed with a FlourishStrength sticker.

STRENGTH-BASED INGREDIENTS

We have worked hard to source the absolute best local ingredients to create our Flapjack Mixes. We like to call our locally sourced ingredients "strength-based" because together they give you a well-balanced meal that will provide you with the fuel you need to conquer the day.

MAKING YOUR FLAPJACKS IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3...

  1. Combine 3/4 cup of your Protein Flapjack Mix + 2 to 3 Tablespoons of milk + 1 large egg white in a bowl and mix lightly until combined.
    • Note: Add more or less milk depending on your desired flapjack thickness
  2. Pre-heat a lightly oiled or non-stick pan on low-medium heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of mix per 1 flapjack.
    • Note: Please do not cook your flapjacks on high heat as it will make them dry!
  3. It's time to flip your flapjacks when they begin to bubble! Cook for another 60-seconds.
  4. Okay, there's sort of four steps, but this is the best one! Enjoy your flapjacks while still warm and with your favorite strength-fueled toppings. Share your flapjack stack creations with us on Instagram @FlourishStrengthFoods
    • Note: You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and in the freezer for up to three weeks.
